County Executive Presents HAV Flag for Display in American Italian Heritage Museum Media Advisory

In January 2014, Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy recognized Father Anthony Sidoti as the Albany County Honor-a-Vet for his service during World War II and in the New York Army National Guard. Join County Executive McCoy as he presents the flag flown in Washington, DC honoring Fr. Sidoti to the American Italian Heritage Museum. The event will take place on Friday, January 19 at 11am at the American Italian Heritage Museum and Cultural Center 1227 Central Avenue, Albany 12205. The flag will be displayed in the museum’s special Military Room. The museum is the largest Italian American Museum in the East.
