Public Access Defibrillation/AED Program Guidance: Information about the law enacted in Albany County that requires certain facilities to have an automated external defibrillator (AED) on site and certified personnel present during business hours.

Trans Fat Regulation: In keeping with the mission to protect and promote the health of the citizens of Albany County, the use of artificial trans fats in local restaurants and other food service establishments in Albany County was eliminated in 2009.
