| The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) establishes a federal prohibition of discrimination against persons with disabilities in employment and ensures equal access for persons with disabilities to public accommodations, public services transportation and telecommunications. | The Division provides a variety of services to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) community. The Division performs outreach to publicize requests for proposals let by the county, solicits DBE participation on contracts, and certifies Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises.
