Americans with Disabilities Act
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) establishes a federal prohibition of discrimination against persons with disabilities in employment and ensures equal access for persons with disabilities to public accommodations, public services transportation and telecommunications. Contracting and Compliance
The Division provides a variety of services to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) community. The Division performs outreach to publicize requests for proposals let by the county, solicits DBE participation on contracts, and certifies Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises. Employment Referral Program

Sexual Harassment
Sexual Harassment is any unwelcome verbal, non-verbal or physical advances, statements, or discriminatory remarks of a sexual nature made by someone in the workplace which the recipient finds offensive or objectionable, cause the recipient discomfort or humiliation, or interfere with the recipient’s job performance.
