The following documents are available for Internet download. The most recent versions of each test guide is provided, and updated as necessary. We will continue to add test guides as the New York State Department of Civil Service makes them available. The study guides display the basic format in which the questions will be presented on the various exams. The scopes show the subject matter to be covered in each exam.
