County Executive Public Hearings

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on Local Law "H" for 2017 will be held by the Albany County Executive on November 27, 2017 at 1:00pm in Room 930 of the Harold Joyce Albany County Office Building, 112 State Street, Albany, New York, to allow comment on Local Law H, a local law of the county of Albany, New York authorizing a lease agreement with Soldier On, Inc., for a term not to exceed sixty-five years.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on Local Law "I" for 2017 will be held by the Albany County Executive on November 27, 2017 at 1:30pm in Room 930 of the Harold Joyce Albany County Office Building, 112 State Street, Albany, New York, to allow comment on Local Law I, a local law of the county of Albany, New York, amending Local Law 2 for 2010 and eliminating the ten year limitation on tax exemptions for cold war era veterans.
