Notice to Residential General Contractors
Albany County Request for Expression of Interest
General Contractor Registration is Open until Spring 2010 for Albany County's Housing Rehabilitation Program
The Albany County Executive's Office is issuing a Second Request for Expressions of Interest from only General Contractors to register and be accepted to participate in the Albany County Workforce Housing Rehabilitation Program.
The application for participation can be obtained only in electronic form HERE. [PDF*]
Completed applications and attachments will be accepted by fax only, to (518) 447-5589. Complete instructions are on the application form.
The submission deadline is on a date to be determined in spring of 2010, which will precede by one week the final request for quotes by the County of Albany on behalf of owner-applicants under the above Program.
