Our registered dietitian meets with seniors and caregivers to provide education and healthy meal choices.

Our certified nutritionist makes sure every meal served through our programs

meets strict nutritional requirements;
provides at least 1/3 of the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) for older adults; and
adheres to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans (lower amounts of salt, fat, saturated fat, and sugar).

Our nutritionist also provides nutrition education, individualized nutrition assessments and counseling to seniors and their caregivers.
