Temporary Assistance

Temporary Assistance works to provide benefits and services to eligible individuals/families in an efficient, professional and cost effective manner, according to applicable law and regulations. Further, the Division strives to ensure that each recipient has the opportunity to become self sufficient, thereby reducing or eliminating their need for public assistance and that recipients' responsibilities to take advantage of such opportunities are fulfilled in a conscientious manner.
