Caregiver Telephone Groups 

Tuesday or Wednesday at 7:00pm, beginning January (monthly meetings)

Albany County caregivers can participate in monthly meetings held by telephone conference call.

Participants learn strategies for coping with stress, problem-solving and taking care of themselves.
