Transitions Support Group 

4th Wednesday of each month, 1:30pm

The Town of Colonie Senior Resources Department will be providing "Transitions" support group. The group is appropriate for seniors coping with a recent loss, death or significant life change.

The group meets at the William K. Sanford Town Library, 629 Albany-Shaker Rd., Loundonville.
