Reduce High Energy Costs

Cornell Cooperative Extension is conducting free energy and money savings workshops as a part of the EmPower program funded by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).

These workshops are on three topics:

1. "Making Ends Meet"- money management training with an emphasis on ways to maximize resources and reduce energy use.
2. "Save Energy, Save Dollars"-learn low-cost or no-cost ways to save energy and reduce your energy use.
3. "Exploring Credit/Debt Management Issues"-information on using credit wisely, and ways to understand credit reports and receive a free credit management tool.
